How do you know if your texting a girl too much?

I like this girl and she has shown signs that she likes me with various signs. She has texted me once a few months ago and ever since I have been texting her about 2 or 3 times a month. I see her in person a lot so that is why it is limited. She lives a very busy life. Recenlty I've been texting her a little more than usual and I am wondering if I should just stop for a while. I don't want to be annoying or a bother to her to the point where she starts to not like me. When I text her she always respond with a a lot of details and emojis. But I don't want to cross the line. How do you know when you are texting too much and should I stop texting her for a while and just see her in person? I see her weekly.

You could just tell her that you know she's busy and that it's ok for her to tell you if she thinks you're somehow bothering her with her texts. Something like this, maybe:
"Hey! I know you're quite a busy person and if you ever feel like my texts are bothering you, just tell me so that I can calm down lol 😊"
If you don't feel like doing that, just analyze her texting behavior closely. If she gives short replies, doesn't try to keep the conversation going, or if she doesn't reply at all, she most likely thinks you're being a bit bothersome.

most girls like to be reassured that you're still keeping her in your mind. it doesn't matter about the quantity of the texts, it could be limited but at various different parts of the day or it could be a lot at night when you're both done with work. i know it frustrates me when he barely texts me, but when he texts me a lot i never get annoyed actually i've pretty happy when he does that even though i don't express it

honestly girls are really tricky. some times if a guy texts me too much i get really irritated with him, but thats usually only if we can't keep the conversation going. if she's sending you long messages or emojis i think you're totally fine with texting her a lot. if she backs off a little you should too. but be carefull not to back off completely then you have to go through the process all over again.

If she is into you it will never be too much, she'd love it, but if she is not too into you she will either ignore, or give short answers in her texts.

Yeah I guess so. I just have this thought in my mind that before I text her that I feel like I'm bothering her. I mean she always responds to my text messages. The last time I texted her I said I hope you have sweet dreams and she replied aww you too good night.

Could it just be that she was busy the last time I texted her and it was not the best time? Every time I text her we always have pretty good conversations. She responded to my text last time with short responses. She did say lol at the end of of reply. I know pretty much for a fact that she does like me. I just wonder if I text her at a bad time.
