Last night I went out to the bars with my girl friends and had a few guys approach me. Both guys admitted they were intimidated by me as they said that I'm very pretty and quiet so they couldn't tell what I was thinking. One guy actually asked my girl friend if they thought I would give the guy my number if he asked.

Now given these guys all had alcohol in their system and had a hard time not being nervous around me. My crush at the gym has been flirting with me for months but hasn't asked me on a date yet. Could he be a bit nervous too? Why do guys get intimidated? I laugh and smile a lot and am really nice to talk to.

yes he's probably intimidated by you. I tend to like it comforting when girls give the cute-childish vibe. So like playful eyes, ask some questions and mention some places u like to eat at, hopefully he'll catch on

Well, there can be "N" number of reasons as to why a guy gets intimidated by women.
