Is my brother's friend flirting with me?

Anonymous
So he started following me on Instagram a month ago, which was weird to me because I've never seen him before, but I knew he was one of my brother's good friends. Then a few days after that he texts me to wake my brother up, nothing special, but he did delete most of our dms because my brother has his password. Then a few weeks later this new app became a trend (Sarahah) and you can answer anonymous questions on it. So my brother's friend (let's call him Jake) started getting questions about me. The first question was asked by my brother and he asked what he thought about me and Jake said something along the lines of: "My dear friend's pretty sister". Then he started getting more questions and some people thought we had a thing. I replied to one of hoces stories about me and we were both joking how it's my brother being annoying. We talked 12:30 - 3:05 am. He told me I was really fun and much more interesting than my brother. While we were talking I said: "oh my friend hit me up, cute girl" and then he said: "you are too" and after that he kept making jokes how he's so corny with his "pickup lines". I put a story on Instagram and it was something like: "DM anyone?" and of course I wanted him to reply to it and he actually did, saying: "Me baby"... and basically stuff like that, he even sent me a picture of him just out of the blue. Today we're coming home from vacation and Jake will be there to greet my brother and they'll be going to my dad's place and then later they'll be going to lunch somewhere. So Jake invited me to go with them. Do you think he likes me?

Also, I forgot to add: Jake told me that him and my brother saw me while I was out with my friends, and Jake told my brother that I was cute and asked my brother to set him something up.

And I was on my brother's phone yesterday and he had an unopened message from Jake and it read: "Set me up dude". It might've been about me but doesn't have to be.
