I am talking with girl who is from the Levant and she is very warm and pretty. I don't want to rush her but don't want her to wait too long for me. What pace do Arab girls like? She does not wear any religious clothing so I am unsure what religion she is.

I'm not sure what religion she follows but Arabs in general are more on the conservative side of things. You can flirt but if she tells you no, doesn't like it, or gives a hint for you to leave her alone then give up. Don't be persistent or pushy.
