Friendly Vs Interested?

I think someone I occasionally work with has interest in me. He's typically a very friendly guy though, personable. We always get along really well and are talkative together and have some things in common. He told me he was excited to work with me this week for more than one day. I said I was excited too. Then I brought up the schedule and how I work all over the holidays and he's lucky he's off and he was teasing me asking why I'm spying on his schedule. Then, what made me feel like he definitely is showing some interest, he reached out and touched my arm as we were speaking for a moment while looking at me. It wasn't after a joke or anything. It caught me off guard. When he came back from his lunch and I was done covering his shift I decided to mirror his action and said "Okay well I'm going to go now, let me know if you need me." and touched his arm briefly, then left.
He would keep saying "no don't leave stay!" but once again I don't know if that's just him enjoying the company. Also before he left he came over to say goodbye to me and talk for a few minutes until the store manager said he needed to go (to avoid over time).. Also he has me on Snapchat though he never uses his but he's definitely been spying on all my posts lol. Does any of this seem to indicate some interest? Thanks for all opinions and advice :)

Not easy to say for sure being so remote to the situation, but it sounds to me as if he is quite interested in you!

He’s touched my arm two more times and I haven’t noticed him doing this to any other girls he works with. But I know that still doesn’t indicate anything for sure. I guess more time will tell!

Next I'd advise you flirt with him and see how he reacts.

The fact is he does like you. But also he didn't make the first move which is normal but sometimes means he's not sure about what he wants.

I say whatever the case. From an outside point of view you two like each other and something should happen but it might take time.

Today at work he called me cute, a customer was busting my butt and I said to him I think they do it on person to make me react and he said “well of course, he sees a cute girl behind the counter.” So I’m pretty sure he def likes me lol and we were flirting a lot. I’ll keep doing it and hopefully he asks to hang out soon!
