How do you respond to a guy that asked you if you FaceTime and watch?

I have been texting this guy for about a three days he asked if I FaceTime and watch. I never responded back and it now has been a day. Kind feel bad that I left him without answering. Was a bit unsure about the “watch” . I really don’t know if I should text him back or just leave it. Really don’t want to be rude and sorry but kinda new to this stuff.

I wouldn't say not responding was a good idea, but at the same time it ain't so bad either.
