How does a girl respond to a guy ignoring her if she likes him vs if she doesn't like him?

As the question asks... how would a girl respond to a guy she doesn't like clearly ignoring him vs a guy she does like clearly ignoring him? Would she try to talk to the guy ignoring him or not if she likes him and doesn't?

If I don’t like him then I won’t even notice or care that he’s ignoring me. If I like the guy but I can see that he’s ignoring me on purpose then I won’t like him anymore and won’t bother trying to get his attention bc I don’t like playing games. But if I like the guy and he’s ignoring me bc he doesn’t notice me or he’s just busy or whatever legit reason it is, then I will approach him and try to get within his radar.
