Why do I get so excited when I see him?

there is a guy who swings by everyday at my workplace to fill out a form. He doesn’t work at our organization but he’s just an inspector. He mistakenly thinks that I am attracted to him. So everytime he looks at me, his eyes shine and glimmer like crazy. He tries to make conversation with me though I’m crazy shy. But it makes me feel so happy for some unknown reason. I end up always trying to look pretty everytime he comes. I secretly hopes he flirt with me more. I secretly hope he likes me. Even though I am not actually attracted to him. I would flirt with him too only if I were so shy
