Girls, what do you require when it comes to flirting?

I flirt only when I feel confident or to help someone get out of a bad mood, but I never go for unhealthy flirting.
It's just natural or what but I like to flirt also praise and make people comfortable around me.
It's like flirting with girls in the essence of honesty and providing happiness.

I just want to know, how you want to be flirted by a man who really admires you as a person.
Share with me some points so they can be a life lesson.

I personally don't like when men flirt because I am fully aware of what they actually want when they flirt; what their ultimate goal is.

Flirting, by definition, means:

"a sexual behavior involving spoken or written communication, as well as body language, by one person to another, to suggest interest in a deeper relationship with the other person".

We all know what a "deeper relation" means, right.

Also, compliments are seldom meant because most of them concern the looks of a person. Again, we also know why people compliment others on their looks. I seldom heard a person compliment another one on his/her achievement or intellect.

That is why I abhor compliments and flirting. They all have a very specific purpose.

I'm so bad at flirting.
I don't know how to flirt on command - so if it happens it's more of a natural response.

When I was a pre-teen and starting teenager I didn't even really understand what flirting was and how it worked. I was super confused by it.

I didn't know what the word meant until age 18. And I also don't support the idea of trying to flirt, if anything I'm trying not to flirt by accident.

I want him to be respectful, kind and funny. Try to talk and listen around 50/50. And try to get to know her as a person too.

Know that even if you do everything right, she may not be interested in you. Perhaps she already has a crush, or you're not her type, or you just don't match well.
Don't be an ass if she turns you down. A bad reputation can hurt you more than you may think.
