Depends. Are they a stranger who approached me on the streets and asked me the question? i would outright tell them to “f*** off”. That is incredibly disrespectful. I have self respect.
However, if they were someone I met on a dating app, I would say: “Thank you for being upfront about this with me. Unfortunately, I do not do hookups. I am looking for something long term and I do not want to waste your time and mine. I hope you find what you’re looking for. Have a lovely rest of the week.”

Eh, no. Making out is intimate and I don't think it's a good idea unless you deeply care about each other.
Definitely something I would've been open to once upon a time. I wouldn't make out with anyone in that superficial way anymore.
Women can be just as nasty and dirty as men. It depends on if she takes care of herself. I know I do. She doesn’t have to be perfect but generally taking care of yourself is a must.
