So yea I feel like he likes me because he always gets nervous. He always looks down when I’m near him, he can't look up at all at me. Typical signs of nervousness. Plus his good friend who is also a coworker has told me that he has a crush on me.
I have tried to break the ice and gave him a hint by asking if he has a girlfriend and this is how the convo went:
Me: “Hey, why do you get so nervous?”
Him: “I don’t know”
Me: “Hm, you don’t know? Have you never talked to girls? Don’t you have a girlfriend?”
Him: “No”
And a bit later he said “I don’t go out that much” and I said “So you are introverted” and he said yes.
Later on we were playing Truth or Dare with our team and he chose Truth. I asked him “Do you have a crush on someone in this room?” and he paused and said “No”. I feel like he didn’t have the guts to say it.
I told him “Hey, you can open up, I have high expectations from you” and he shook his head and smiled.
Later on I told him to come with me outside and we talked for a bit. I tried to make a move by putting my hand on his abdomen and getting close to him and looking at him. He got really nervous and couldn’t look at me, he looked at the floor.
He leaned a bit away to create a gap between us and also my hand, but I put my hand again on his abdomen because I feel like he was just nervous and not disinterested. After that he didn’t move at all. Then someone came and I moved away.
I’m not sure if I have been obvious enough that I like him, I feel like i have been. But I think that he’s either just really nervous judging by his behavior, or he has no idea that I gave him signs.
