What to do when a cute guy is staring at me?

I've had on some occasions some really cute guys stare at me, but when I notice this I get so nervous I turn away and not even dare look(damn my shyness -.-'). Yeah so, I am not certainly sure why but I suck at flirting and stuff related to it, so all of this gets really complicated for me, and once a guy tries to go further than 'just friends' I tend to push them away, I mean don't want to be mean or anything but I just can't help it!

Um so I started talking 'bout something and ended up something else[/babbling like an idiot]. Heh. So any advice?

well if he is not going to aproach you aproach him about all you can do besides calling him over but then your still taking a risk
