Guys, Guys- when he answers using the word “really” is that a red flag?

I told him that he was a flirt and a charmer, so I knew there had to be other girls he was talking too. His answer was, and I quote, “I flirt a lot but have not really talked or done anything with other women like I have with you.”

Our friendship is complicated. But that *really* bothers me for some reason. Am I overthinking?
