I walked by my crush and one of his friends. I thought I heard one of them say something, but I didn't look over at them. When I was further away, I looked at them and my crush was giggling and smiling. And while he was giggling and smiling he kept looking over at me multiple times, and he knew I could see him do it. It was super obvious.
It's strange though, because when he is alone he can only make eye contact for 3 seconds and not smile. Then a little bit later, I had to walk by them again and they got really loud and goofy. But I would say he was the quietest one of them all. And I opened my mouth to say hi and around the same time my crush quickly said hi back, and he has never ever spoken to me. He then quickly turned away. A little bit later, I looked over my shoulder and I every time I did, I saw my crush looking at me for about 3 seconds then looking down (without smiling.) This happened about 3 times. What does this all mean? Why was he acting so different?
