Nope. I wouldn’t like it for a few reasons. One is that I don’t like guys staring or leering at me in general. Makes me feel uncomfortable having someone possibly undressing me with their eyes. I don’t care how “hot” the guy is.
Another reason is that beauty or handsomeness is subjective. A guy who thinks he is hot might not be to me. Last, I am in a relationship so that wouldn’t be something I would want. Now, if I were single? I would refer to my first point.
The problem is that a guy staring at me is typically not a good sign. While it is flattering to think someone finds me attractive, more than not they are eyeing me up because they want in my pants. Not always, but a lot of the time that is their first thought.
I am not suggesting you or all guys do that, but you have to admit that guys think of that a heck of a lot more than girls do. The first thing I notice about a person I am interested in are personality characteristics. Those are far more important.

It's not quite so simple, I think. The only actual experience I've had with this is with old dudes. If an old guy is staring at me, that's creepy and uncomfortable. If a guy I find hot stares at me, I may be flattered. If a guy I don't find attractive stares at me, it won't make my day, but I don't think I'd find it repulsive.
What Girls Said
I don't want anyone staring at me. It makes me uncomfortable.
I said yes but it depends on where and how I'm feeling, when people stare in general it's weird
I've gotten quite used to that but I can't really say I like it or feel comfortable with it.
No. I consider staring by strangers to be a threat or a challenge, all you'll get is aggression
I don't want to be stared at by anyone.
