Yeah, that sounded entirely conceited, but throughout the course of our friendship, boys have always hit on her and not me. I'm a petite, thin, semi-shy girl and she's an average height girl, slightly overweight, a little less shy than me and she always seems to get the guys! we're both pretty, at least I think so! What's the deal? how come guys hit on her and not me?

If you don't give off signals, chances of you being approached is minimal. you have to look back at guys that stare at you (that is if you like them). smile and don't have that look that says if you approach me I'm going to make a funny face. That is the main thing why guys have trouble approaching, some girls make funny faces if they don't like the guy.

Go on web site that tutor mem how to approach girls. And look at the signs they tell guys to look for before approaching. Give off those signs when you see an interesting guy that you want to get to know.

Some girls just have a vibe about them that is so attractive. It's nothing that can be explained by any scientific means...but I've met girls who I know aren't really that physically attractive by a majority vote, yet I'd rather spend the night talking/sleeping with them than some other girl who's "hotter".

Guys find it easy to go for average girls rather than attractive girls

She has a better personality

Guys are using her to get to you aka make friends with the less attractive one to get the pretty one

Guys are using her to exploit your insecurity to make you easier to manipulate
