Chances are that he is better looking and probably has more confidence due to this, hence the number of girls he attracts.

Getting girls is definitely not all about looks. Looks only get a guy some initial attention- he's got to be confident and interesting enough to hold her attention.

So maybe his or maybe he isn't more attractive than you. But at the end of the day, it probably doesn't matter, especially when you consider that no guy is attractive or equally attractive to all women.
