If the person tells me they did it, I will appreciate both the interest and the honesty. However, honestly... I find very quickly when someone's knowledge is superficial. If they pretend to know more than they do (chatGPT or not), I will avoid this person. If they don't really pretend to know more than they actually do, I don't mind. It's okay if people doesn't know things.

Ignorance is way less problematic that lack of interest in knowing, and lack of honesty.

I honestly have a hard time maintaining a conversation with a new person. I don’t want to come off a weird or boring and want to seem perfect. I never used this as it’s been a while since I texted anyone but as long as it not the whole darn convo and they personalize it a bit then I think it’s ok. I don't know
