Should I tell my bestfriend about his boyfriend being trying to be flirty with me , he is attracted to me and want to have sex with me?

I just noticed these things. Although i have denied him and asked him to stop his flirtings. But i know his intentions and his wording clearly proved that he isn't being loyal to my bestfriend. Although he is still with her and confesses to marry her... but it's very clear if he wants to have sex with another girl (me), then he can't stay loyal to his girlfriend (who's my bestfriend) . But she loves him madly. She's not gonna tolerate this. And she'll break down. I don't want her to be broken and so i'm not telling her about her boyfriend. I want their relationship to be intact.
Suggest me if i should tell her or not.
