Before starting my shift I was sitting down talking to a guy co worker at my job. We have friendly, professional, funny conversation. As we were talking, another co worker, who I believe he talks to on a more intimate level, walked up to where we were and started talking to him. I don’t think they’re boyfriend/girlfriend because he talks to a few of the women at work on a more intimate level but you can tell they like each other. Out of nowhere, while I was still sitting there, she started to caress his head/hair. She pushed the front of her body in between his legs and pretty much got really up close and personal with him. It was kind of awkward and he ended up telling her basically that right now wasn’t the place for that because they were at work and cameras are everywhere but I couldn’t help but to believe that she only did that because I was right there.

From what you've just explained in your description, it looks like your male coworker has some seriously good flirting skills, and is possibly also very good looking too, if he's talking to multiple other coworkers of your's on an intimate level, and hasn't been smacked yet (because you can't flirt with women unless they let you, and that's a fact).

You also said that him and your female coworker whom you also mentioned in this story weren't necessarily dating, but they've flirted in the past, I believe? So there's your answer. From what your story suggests, these two were most definitely getting into some spicy topics of conversation, which led your female coworker to start getting handsy, which prompted him to stop her, which was a good save on his part. Cos I'm pretty sure giving your coworkers a quick bj at work isn't good work ethic.

As for who's in the wrong here? I wouldn't necessarily blame your male coworker because office romances and flirting isn't that uncommon, especially when you're all working closely together, teamwork between yourselves is encouraged, and there are plenty of attractive single people around the workplace. But I would say that your female coworker, on the other hand, should be a bit more self aware of her surroundings
