Should I act cold when a girl plays hard to get?

Long story short I took this girl out once. Wanted to take her out again to see a movie. She ignores my first request but still flirts. Ask her one more time and she says she might go camping. She still continued the flirting until Friday when I asked if she is going camping tom. She doesn't reply. She goes sees the movie I wanted to take her out and post it all over her fb how great it was. I thought it was kinda rude and immature how she played that move. So I didn't text her the entire weekend. She message me today asking how I am. flirting, calling me darling and wanting to know what I'm doing for the week. I'm being very cold and short with her and only answering every few hours.

Question is this. Should I still continue to be cold and short or does it make me look like a baby?. Its not like I ignore her or am rude but she knows I don't text the same way I use to. And I take no bs or play these stupid games

My suggestion is that you immediately ban her to the friend zone. She's unsure of you, so I would keep her as a friend and potentially use her to meet other girls who take more of an interest in you than her.

Invite her out to something you're doing. Or meet up and talk over a coffee or drink. This girl isn't worth progressing yet until you notice signs from her saying she likes you more than a friend. The only problem is, she'll probably flake or not reply to you many times, such as the case with me and a girl 'friend' who will remain a friend due to the fact that she has so many issues it makes me sick to potentially label her as girlfriend material. FWB at best, due in part because she's had many relationship issues in the past.

And go with your gut feelings about her. Do you feel like sh*t because of her? Then there you have it - not worth your time. Best thing to make her realize she f*cked up is by dating another girl and letting the gossip get around to her. She will definitely take more interest in you then since she was too ill-confident to be straightforward with you.

Reason why girls play hard-to-get is because they have issues on hand. They feel they're not good enough, they got dumped by an ex (due in part to acting up with the guy), they're scared, or they perhaps feel they're superior to the guy because he put her on the pedestal.

Go with the last one: ignore her. Hard to get ir ridiculous game and a girl who is playing games like this now will play them once she is dating you too. You will end up getting tested, asked crazy questions ("Would you still love me if I lost a leg?" and so on), and likely fight a lot. A woman who treats courtship like some game is the kind of woman that will treat the relationship like a game. Do you really need that drama in your life? Is any woman worth putting up with that? Make it clear you aren't her pet and move on would be my advice. Plenty of other girls. Hopefully she figures it out and cuts the crap.

I think that she's being a little stuck up and in your face rude, but I also personally think that people should never be intentionally cold or rude to anyone. If she's playing hard to get and acting like that, you don't need her and I'm sure you can do so much better. Just treat her like a friend and try to move on, one day she'll realize she's missed out on such a great person, and you'll be even.

If it was me, I'd dump her ass. Playing games is so immature. And that thing with the movie was rude as hell. Ask yourself this: Do you really want someone who plays the on and off switch game with you?

She might just be playing hard to get. Don't let it get to you, I made that mistake too with a girl that I liked I acted the way you did and it actually didn't work for my benefit at all. Just be patient, trust me. She might be actually sortting out her feelings. Don't be cold either, but don't shower her with attention, just brush it off and act normally. Trust me eventually she will bite and come to you, girls take a lot of time brooo. Don't think about it too much and enjoy life and don't think about it, it would drive you crazy...trust me.

being rude is never a good course of action, in any circumstance. I a situation like this, I am politely indifferent. I she wants your attention, this will drive her a bit crazy. If she doesn't want your attention, this will also be evident, and you're already a step or two down the road to the next target of opportunity. People only play games with your mind if you let them.

1) "only" answer every few hours - LOL. For a guy "every few hours" means "texting all the time" - give it a week's rest

2) don't assume she even understands what you are mad about

3) there are some circumstances you would not bring a girl - like when your old buddy is in town, when you have plans right after film that can't include her, etc. Respect that she can be in the exact same situation

Only this time, don't ask her out. Continue to talk and flirt, but just leave it at that. If she wants to go out with you, she can ask you her damn self.
