Guys why would a shy guy ignore a girl that he likes?

If you are really into a girl and showed a lot of interest and made all the first moves towards her like getting in contact with her , asking her for her # and planed the first meeting. But after the first time meeting and I am talking about the first time meeting her one on one and talking to her . Why would you suddenly ignore her? And what could a girl say / do to gain back your interest . by the way we are talking about a really shy guy here

Its Probability he might be too sensitive, Might be he likes you very much ,he may have fear of rejection or losing you , so he slowed his approach towards you later,

might be he some where figured it out that going too fast might create negative impression or impact, he might be going slow to know you better ,your likes ,dislikes etc

and why should always we guys need to take initiative first ,

maybe he doesn't feel that you are very interested in him as he is into you, so he's deciding to leave you alone for he won't get friend zoned.

I've asked myself this one. It's probably because we are especially sensitive to the possibility of rejection, since we don't approach as many girls (and learn to deal with rejection) like the more outgoing guys.

If he is really shy and did all of the first moves, you should really try to initiate contacts. If you don't, it just seems like your not interested or are taking him for a ride.

There is a chance that he has lost interest, but it's probably more likely that he's trying to play it cool and not seem too enthusiastic about it. A lot of rules to date girls
