Well I told her I like her and asked her out and she did not exactly say "no" but she did not say yea either. But for some reason she still like to hang out with me. She would wait for me at the end our class if she got out first. I usually initiate the "hang outs together", but she usually says yes. I don't spoil her, but I have bought her hot chocolate every once in a while. She also teases me...an we make little stupid challenges together...aha but she always cheats...but yea its not like we are close...i have only known her for like 4 months...Freakin A...

Maybe she rejected you because she thought you wanted to make her your girlfriend, but wants to hang out with you as friends. You should hang out with her and see what happens so you can take it from there.
