Why do I always feel sick the next day after I smoke tobacco and drink alcohol even though I’m irish heritage? How can I improve my tolerance?

For starters I wasn’t drunk cuz I walked back a mile to my place perfectly unharmed.

And secondly, all I had was one cigar, three and a half Bud Light Beers, and about 3/4’s a can of some hard IPA beer

Even though my friend had a full IPA, and 8 and a half Bud Light Beers.

And yet I woke up the next morning and had an anxiety attack. I was in bed for a couple hours before I managed to calm myself down.

Then I went to lunch but my stomache still felt off and I could barely eat a thing.

Still not as bad as my other times when I drank vodka though.

For whatever the hell the reason I can drink 8+ shots of vodka and feel fine but then everything just goes to shit a couple hours later after I head back to my room and I wake up in the middle of the night feeling dizzy af and the whole room is shaking and I just get so paranoid and then I start drooling out of my mouth and feeling sick and then next thing I know I’m vomiting all over my bed.

It just doesn’t make sense though cuz I’m Irish so this shouldn’t be happening.

I mean if its beer, I wake up with an upset stomache the next morning, but if its vodka I’m just waking up in the middle of the night feeling dizzy and just throwing up everywhere.
