I’ll admit it. I have always been a fan of Taco Bell. Of all the fast food options, I feel like it’s not a bad one. When I was pregnant with my kids, terrible morning sickness, sometimes the only thing I could think of eating was a taco bell hard shell taco. I hated myself for it. Thank goodness my OBGYN talked some sense into me and said “something is better than nothing” you are nourishing the baby. Anyway, combo #1. 3 hard shell tacos with a large diet pepsi is my go-to. But not the most economical option. I order it if I’m in the drive through and making complicated orders for the rest of my family. Otherwise, I find ordering value boxes from the mobile app to be a great option. Today I tried the build your own cravings box (my previous favorite cravings box with a chalupa, beefy 5 layer burrito and classic taco with medium drink and cin twists for $5 is gone now 😞). Anyway, I ordered a crunchwrap supreme (no sour cream), beefy 5 layer (no sour cream) nachos and large diet pepsi. The beefy 5 layer is in my fridge as we speak. I *think* I will eat it tomorrow. The crunchwrap was good but the 7 min drive home already had it soggy and TB was out of mild sauce so I had it spicy. Then mere moments later I had some stomach distress. Can TB really cause stomach issues mere moments after eating? My kids joke of TB explosive diarrhea. But this was real life. Was it the TB or a fluke?
