really depends on my mood, lol...

but way more often than any other... would be Tacos Al Pastor and mixed ones too, by that... I mean when they're both flour tortilla and maize tortillas

in the last months though... there's these tacos de chicharrón that have become quite popular as of late down here... just a slightly different way to make them and it might be the novelty of them but they're working great for a change from time to time

good thing though... I don't have to pick just one, lmao

My taco standard is low, because I do not have advanced culinary tastes, and I consider Taco Bell to be amazing by my own personal standards. But some restaurants have too many customers and try to lower their workload by skimping on the seasoning. I once tried Taco Bell at a high congestion mall, and I realized they did not put the proper seasoning in the tacos that they do for less congested Taco Bell places that have less traffic volume due to rarer location and more distance from homes.

My favorite Taco Tuesday bite is al pastor 🌮

Marinated pork with achiote, pineapple, onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime on a soft corn tortilla feels perfect. I love when the meat comes off a real trompo, slightly charred, with sweet juices from the pineapple. It reminds me of a tiny stand in Mexico City where the salsa verde almost stole the show 🔥

Of course, soft shelled (as most are) and double shelled. When I order them, I usually order 3, being 1 asada, 1 chicken, and 1 pork. I know one place where they are so big that you can only handle one so no way will I get 3 of them there.
