Women love saying "30 is the new 20"... no you're just old and want to be young again. Everyone feels the same. Be confident with your age. You're past your prime trying to pretend you're still "young" while most men are advancing within their careers and are set financially by the time they're 30.
Yea lets accept that that saying 30 is the new 20 is no different than saying a 10 year old kid was just born which is bs. But it doesn't change the fact that 30 year old men are also old and us girls in our 20s won't go for their old asses unless they are super duper rich. LOL. Stop acting like aging is a disaster for girls and doesn't matter for guys.
Not everyone is past their prime at 30, though. Everyone ages differently. I've known several women who looked better at 30+ than 20. Some people peak in their late teens or early 20's, some in their mid to later 20's, some in their 30's, and some even closer to 40. Pretty much everyone in my family has peaked well into their 30's/right around 40, because we all look young for our age. Genetics and how well you take care of yourself play a huge role.
Also, I hate to break it to you, but the only women going after men solely because of their careers are gold diggers/weak women who are unwilling and/or unable to take care of themselves.

From about 18 to 28, women have incredible leverage of sexual market value and they can almost pick any man they want. This youth and sexual attractiveness is like currency that can be spent.
