What should I do? Girl ignores me but stares at me?

Well basically there's this girl in my class. Well move a week forward and I've been talking with her and stuff like that. And yeah we both had stuff we had in common and such. So I asked her out not actually knowing that she had a boyfriend and obviously got rejected. A really dumb move yeah. But both of us still kinda talk a little. Not that much like we did before. But what's kinda strange is she is more touchy? If that's the right word. She also stares at me sometimes under class. Often i catch her eyes but she instantly looks away.
So what should i do? I kinda don't really wanna make a move or so cause you know she has a boyfriend and shit. And I don't wanna be an ass ruining someones relationship.

So tl;dr. Got rejected but the girl still stares at me and is kinda touchy but still ignores me for the most part.

Jokingly ask her if she's checkin you out. Next time she's being touchy feely, jokingly tell her to stop cause she's turning you on. If she keeps it up, she probably likes you. Who cares about the other guy. He'd do it to you! If you like her, persue her. Nothing worth doing is easy. Just be smooth about it.
