So i sat down and tried to talk to her about it. I simply said I noticed she flinched a lot, and that whatever the reason why she did, I would always protect her and never hurt her. She looked at me like I was crazy, she said she was never hit or anything like that. But I could see the tears in her eyes and she looked as if she was about to cry. I know her very well, and I know she was lying. Please help what do I do now?
Spend time alone with her when you can. Keep doing what you are doing, and leave it up to her. Hopefully she will open up to you. When she does, give her some options and let her know you will support her in whatever she chooses. Once she opens up and talks about, she will probably answer her own questions just by talking. Being there for her is the best thing you can do... just keep doing it.
