What does it mean if a bisexual girl often compliments another girl?

Anonymous
So me and this girl have been in the same class, we talked sometimes, I found her nice and cool. Call her L.
This year, we're no more in the same class, but I have 6 hours/week of class with her and, in those 6 hours, I have 3 hours when she sits next to me.
Also, since this year, I wear a little different kind of clothes and my friends often compliments me when I arrive with a new outfit.

Since this year, L compliments me almost each day when we sit next to each other: it started with 'You dress way better than last year, I love your clothes', now it's 'I really love your clothes'. She compliments my jeans, my shoes, my tops, every single thing.

One day as L saw me coming at the door's class, I smiled and said 'hi', I notice she looked at my face, but differently, longer than usual. I was quite embarassed and looked down, because usually, when other girls look at my face a long time, I feel like there's something wrong in my face, but she was still smiling when she looked at me.
When we entered the class and sat down, she sat on the side to face me and look at me, and said, smiling, 'I really like your hair' something like 'I don't know what's happening but you become more and more pretty'. I always thank L when she says things like this, but this time, I found particulary nice to hear this.

The thing is that I know L has been in relationships with both guys and girls, so I don't know how to take the compliment.

well, she told me last year maybe once or twice that she liked my hair or my top, but that was 'I like your top' not 'I really love your top' like it is now
