She liked me but I didn't make a move?

Now I'm interested in pursuing something with her, and I feel like she's given up on me. I didn't make a move on her before because I was depressed and I didn't want to drag her into my problems I was also shy & didn't have the confidence , this was a period of about 6 months before she just felt, 'He's not interested'i guess. Up until last week she was giving me a lot of looks/stares/attention/smiles as usual, but this past week she almost ignores me/doesn't acknowledge my presence. I felt very hurt to be honest.

I have 2 questions..

1) If you really liked a guy/crush and you feel like he didn't act on it, so you moved on. Would you re-gain interest if he again started to talking to you/flirting and asked you on a date? Or do you forget about that person completely. In a short time frame, like things with us only changed last week.

2) I'm seeing her again this week (she works in a bar I go to) . When I talk to her should I be completely honest about my feelings or play it cool and make it like a casual thing to go out for drinks/coffee.

Firstly there are three things women look for in someone they actually want to be involved with for any length of time. Honesty, confidence, and companionship (aka friendship). If your funny, you can skip the confidence, women love to laugh.

1) Depends, but if you are still 'friends' with her most likely it could be a yes... with some amends made on your part. From what little I saw it seems like she had some form of interest in you but it went unrequited, which can be discouraging and frustrating.
On a side note; If she has no interest, don't dwell on it. Life is too short and there are too many people in this world to get hung up on someone who does not feel the same.

2) Don't tell her about this while she is working. You want her to be focused on you, not with half of her mind on work. I think you are right on the money with asking her to meet up with you for coffee at a time that fits her schedule. Then at a place where she can focus on you, you should take the opportunity to lay it all out and be honest with her and see if you can make it up to her.
