My girlfriend accidentally put saliva in my mouth but thinks its not disgusting because we kiss?

It's hard to explain. She was on top of me and her face was hovering over mine. She had me pinned and began releasing saliva from her mouth and before it landed on my face she would quickly bring the saliva back up to her mouth again. After doing this like twice she tried it a third time but failed and It landed on my chin.
I was kinda disgusted and her response was to remove the spit from my chin using her mouth? Why did she do all this? I found it nasty but she kept saying that we kiss so it shouldn't be nasty. Has she lost her mind? How can she compare the two. Kissing doesn't involve a puddle of saliva. Apparently she's now that offended because of my words. I don't see how she doesn't realise she was in the wrong?

I would find this extremely nasty because I honestly have the biggest spit-phobia. The idea of someone spitting or drooling their spit on me (intentionally or not) grosses me out horrible. I make with my boyfriend all the time but when things get too messy (saliva wise) I instantly stop. It just grosses me out.

Her mistake was pulling it up, only to drop it on your chin. Had she just deposited it in your mouth in the first place, she'd have a stronger argument. I'd let a gal drool in my mouth if she has good oral hygiene. And then I'd drool in hers right back. And challenge each other to lick everything inside each other's mouths.

My last physically involved partner was from 8 years ago. She was a very sloppy kisser. I didn't care about that. Though, I was annoyed that her mouth tasted like nacho cheese.

The disgusting thing is intentionally realising saliva and pulling it back up again, accidentally get saliva on your face shouldn't be a big deal.
