To me this kind of "crush" business is such a waste of energy. I hate the word even, and hardly the type of word I expect to see a young man use: "I have a crush on her".
So I really recommend dropping this whole kind of "crush" business in favor of being more straightforward. Invite her back to your place for some alcohol or something like that. It's the only way you'll have a chance to catch this creature, not standing around in the corner as some secret admirer prancing about and saying hi to her all the time.
The problem to me is that your description is that of an acquaintance at best, not even a friend, yet you're already second-guessing all her intentions. I've been there, done that, and it was probably the most foolish waste of energy during my teenage years.
You're allowed to do more than just stand around there and say "hi" all the time with a girl you like. You can ask her out. It's really easy. All you have to do is be prepared for a "no", at which point you move to another girl and try that again and maybe try to analyze how you could improve from the previous attempt. It's such a waste of time to be building these fantasies and hopes and dreams about someone you barely even know, just smiled back and forth and barely talked to here and there.
So I don't know what to make of this girl's feelings towards you, but it seems all moot to me. The problem to me is this whole "crush" thing. If your age is 18+, it's already too old to me to have these kinds of crushes on people, and it will probably make you look and behave really strangely to the opposite gender. Most would have graduated past this kind of junior high school thing.
