IF girls think then they'll go for the successful guy. IF girls go for you just for your money then that's not the type of girls you want. Try working on your appearance and then you'll get the initial attraction that your friend has, and you'll have something to keep them with you (your good qualities).

I know what you're saying I know its about me. All I was saying was that you lose faith in people's ability to actually think when girls find guys like my friend to be very desirable. He treats them like crap and and just uses them. I don't mean to sound angry, he just hurt one of my best friends by cheating on her. I know I have to worry about myself, but if I have to become a guy like him to get girls and stop being a gentleman, then having a girlfriend isn't worth it.

haha I know EXACTLY what you mean man. well some girls, specially the age group you're referring to, are pretty shallow so they prefer the guy working at mcdonalds simply cause he has a six pack over the 3rd year law student. but that's besides the point, you should be glad that you're not being followed by gold diggers. better not be with anyone then be with someone cause of your money. I'm sure you'll find a woman who will love you for you and not for the lifestyle you can give her.

Wow that's shallow. I know you have to take care of yourself, but if he is fat, does that make him a bad person to date. You are just like the girls he is describing. I know physical attractiveness is needed, but that's just shallow.
Are you outgoing and friendly? For example I'm nice but shy and introverted, I think I'm good looking and have a great body. My friend is less good looking, overweight, but she's really friendly. She's had twice as many boyfriends as me. So maybe it's personality and how you come across to others.
Some girls don't want a guy who is super serious in their early twenties and they are just wanting to party and have fun. A guy who is that successful at such a young age may cause them to think that they don't want fun, just to settle down right away. You just have to liven up and go partying sometimes. It will make them realize they can have tons of fun with a successful guy, maybe more than they could have had with the jerk
