Girl's Behavior

Why does she care about my opinion about her?

I am in the friendzone with her. I talk with her about girls and she talks with me about guys.
I don't know exactly how it happened but I am in the friendzone.

She sometimes says stuff about the guys she is dating or hitting on. And she tells me sometimes the things she puts those guys through. Which kind of annoys me because some of the things seem really entitled of her. So I sometimes criticize her.

I sometimes tell her that a guy like me would never want to put up with the stuff she is doing and she is crazy sometimes. And she always comments that she is not like that, she is not that girl. It's kind of annoying me. It's not like I am dating her or anything. I have accepted that I am stuck in the friendzone with her and I am fine by it.

What's the deal with her. Should I tell her to stop trying to prove anything to me and establish proper friendship boundaries with her?
