I still maintain the belief that the biggest oppressor of women in the western world, is feminism.
Feminism tells women that they're weak, feminism tells women that they need help to do what men do because they can't do it on their own, feminism tells them to be afraid of men because all men are rapists, feminism tells them that their worth isn't equal to that of a man, feminism tells them that they "need" safe spaces because they can't handle controversy, feminism tells them that they have to have special accommodations because they're not good enough.
And they wonder why they always feel like victims?
In my experience, I have met few men who actively hated women. Some of them were womanizers, sexists, and / or paternalistic, but they didn't HATE women in the sense that they wished harm on them or spent hours per month in conversations rambling on about how awful and good-for-nothing that females are.
On the other hand, I've been around plenty of women who genuinely despised men and anything that they perceived as "masculine". These sentiments were common in their speech too: if a male did something that they didn't like, then they would get all fired up.
Radical feminists and MGTOW/Red Pill followers are equally toxic. There's no point in trying to prove who is worse or "more," both ideologies should be ridiculed for what they are. (People deserve respect, but ideas don't.) The good news is they both make up a very small percentage of the general population and are grossly over-represented online because they like to run their mouths.

Some men are as woman-hating as these women are man-hating.
but we don't take woman-hating tracts and teach them in university sociology departments. We don't use them to shape the legal system.
There will always be idiots on both sides. I sincerely doubt if one goes to a random feminist that they'll say men have to be eradicated until just 10% is left. I suppose most of the regular women don't necessarily hate all men and vice versa.
Feminists are enormous hypocrites because they claim to fight against sexism but they are the most hateful, sexist people of all.

Women don't hate men. They only hate their toxic masculinity. Men oppressed women for years and now that they're fighting back they feel like they hate them? Give me a break. I agree with all those quotes.
I think it depends on cultures, countries or religions
Only those men/women hate representatives of the opposite sex, who have once been rejected or dumped, or who wasn't loved enough
