If a girl fidgets a lot?

This girl seems nervous around me sometimes, but seems to want to talk to me. But I hope I don't creep her out. She'll play with her hair sometimes, and fidget with things, but when she does this she doesn't give eye contact. I heard they should give eye contact if they do this stuff, otherwise it's not good. But she's really flirty and looks at me often, so I'm kinda confused.

Sounds like shyness to me! Either she likes you or, if you're huge or know how to playfully tease a little too well, she might be afraid you'll do or say something to hurt her feelings. I'm a bit like this. If I'm not interested, I don't fidget much at all - maybe brushing my hair back if it really is in my way, etc. If I WANT to be friends & talk with the guy then I'm an idiot.

Try to see it as endearing in her and be sure to NOT tease but ask more friendly questions instead so she'll warm up and respond. (I'm sorry to say when I'm nervous and then teased, I go into this automatic panic mode and somehow act like the guy is the most annoying person on earth. I can't explain it, other than I'm scared out of my mind that he'll say something that hurts my already-tender feelings.)

BTW, looking at you often is a good sign she's interested or at the very least, she's liked you talking to her and wonders if you're going to approach her again. :)

Well you can't always read a girl signs like the pages of a book. She's nervous around you because she's trying to stay clam and impress you. But instead she fidgets with things. That's her comfort zone. Its helping her stay relax. Maybe its hard for her to keep eye contact. I'm like that. I hate making eye contact. I always feel like I'm staring at the person. And the samething could be happening to her. So when your around her, try to be understanding and very nice. Tell her she doesn't have to be scared around you. And it not like your going to bite her. My crush did this and it made me feel more comfortable. It made me wanna talk to him more. So good luck. And remember when your near her be nice and understanding. You want to show her your caring side. Well have fun. :)

Not all girls are able to maintain eye contact easily.

Not being able to maintain eye contact shows lack of experience, maybe slight insecurities but nevertheless I think she still likes you, with or without the eye contact.

Shes likes ya but she's shy. Body language is everything, I once had a girl so nervous around me she spun around 4 times on the spot looking for the remote. Simple things like that are dead give aways
