A talented stylish and fashion designer can turn anyone into a beautiful girl and I have personally seen it. (Recalls of the bride in her wedding and in normal).
Posting a picture or a selfie is ok but nowdays it is overdone and is nearly to be considered as an addiction by the psychological communities as it presents some of the attributes of an addictions. So be careful and know your limits
Selfies/pics and the validation they get from people on social media is to women what porn is to men. Its a bad addiction.
Its a bad sideffect of the internet/social media. But it is what it is. This is what happens when you try to make profit out of basic human nature. You get the worst of it.
It can be neutral when done in moderation, but when overdone, like anything else, its bad
I’m one of those girls that post a lot of selfies and all i have to say is nobody is gonna love you on this earth more than you love yourself so if they are feeling good let them feel good
I don’t really pay much attention to it, but it can be annoying if they’re constantly posting the stuff things over and over.

It's not a confidence booster, it's an ego booster... but the ego is the false self, so confuses fallacy with truth.
Selfies, and the entire selfie culture is one great big joke. The jokes on the people that ''like'' them, the people that view them, and the people that take them. It's one big ego circle jerk where everyone loses..
So long as it isn't spam like oo look how good I look! It's fine, just don't over do it by posting multiple times a week

Can't stand them especially if they have filters (those silly animal ears and noses... ridiculous. Nothing worse than going on a dating site and sering someone who might be hot - if she didn't remind me of Miss Piggy).
