Girls, Instagram opinions on liking pictures in a relationship?

Honestly, instagram doesn't bother me i don't care who likes what or whatever. My girlfriend makes me feel crazy for liking an innocent pic of friends that happen to be girls. She says "it's flirting" yet she posts selfies all the time and body pics and guys always like it. Again, i dont care what she posts or who likes it but she is literally about to break up with me for good "because of my social media behaviors." Is liking a girls pic while in a relationship flirting and disrespectful to a girlfriend or is she just bat shit crazy. Serious opinions. We're also both 23. What should i do about it? If it is disrespectful do i adjust to her feelings or do i fight for what i think.

If you don't care either way, then go with her cuz it's not worth losing the relationship over. If you do care and it kinda irks you that she keeps thinking this way, then continue on and try your best to explain to her what it means to you. I was like that for a while and always was like "WHYD YOU LIKE HER PICTURE?" And he was like "I don't fucking know, it's a good picture? I don't even remember liking it" and then one day I saw him scrolling through Instagram and saw that he literally gives it maybe a second or twos attention and I realized it really doesn't mean anything to him. She just needs to get it somehow, whether it's through time, proof, or words.

I personally wouldn't care. Like who wants to make a big deal of out of social media or have social media be the reason you break up. It's just a photo so I wouldn't care and I don't see how what you're doing is wrong
