If the guy you’re sharing a first kiss with smiles in the middle of the kiss, what goes through your mind & does that make the kiss feel “special”?
It does make one feel special but only if he continues kissing you after smiling. If he continues, it feels he got really overwhelmed, enjoying it and really like you. But if doesn't kiss you again, it can mean something else.
In case he doesn't kiss after smiling but looks into your eyes, that feels great!
