Do some girls act dumb to please guys?

Yes ladies, some of the guys you find really cute or hot are dumb. Unfortunately, there seems to be a pattern between unintelligent people and attractiveness.

But, I feel it is LESS COMMON for a girl to be truly dumb as well as attractive. I think extremely dumb AND extremely pretty girls is just something created by the media really.

So, come on...tell the truth! Do some girls act dumb because they get more attention from guys that way? Do some girls act dumb to not stick out? Do some girls act dumb because they think it is what us guys like?

Let me tell you, boys do sometimes like dumb girls. Men do not.

I myself think intelligent women REALLY run the world, just by a man's side.

Think about it... The last national leader to NOT have an intelligent women by his side started WWII.

So I pretty much only like smarter woman. I have a pretty obnoxiously high IQ, so when a girl acts dumb it just separates us even more. I thought that woman want men to be more honest and not fake. Why would a woman do this herself then?

Yes they do. Because in my experience a lot of men are intimidated by a women who has a vastly superior intellect to them and is blond to boot, which therefore smashes their preconceived dumb blond stereotype and wrong foots them from the start. I'm a member of MENSA and sadly most women aren't proud of being intelligent. Personally I don't really care if a man finds me unattractive because I'm more intelligent than he is. Its a good way of knowing whether they're a decent person or not.

Strangely enough I was actually going to ask this question myself, as I can't tell you the number of times I've wanted to shake a girl and say "For God's sake, stop acting like that!"

I never act dumb around guys. I never hide who I am, I'm not saying that I'm the most intelligent person there is but I'm not stupid. Personally I think girls who act dumb look rediculous. I think guys are more attracted to girls who act dumb because they think its cute or they think she is just really easy.

Watching my friends some of them act completely stupid and ditsy around guys, and I know for a fact that they don't act like this when we our hanging out without any guys around. So yes some girls act dumb to get attention from guys.

Not everyone's intelligence is related to grammar and spelling. I imagine Einstein did not do well during a spelling bee.

I think smart girls that cannot spell are hot!

Yes girls do it all the time its getting to get where its expected for us to act. I don't understand that its almost fake if the girls to do that if you know it you know it. I'm talking about giggling etc. Its put a lot of stress on my past relationships not acting dumb I'm finding out a lot of men want to be smarter then a women.

i think it is more common for a girl to be attractive as well as intelligent because she doesn't have to try as hard and do as much. let's face it; in this day and age, if you're attractive you get EVERYTHING handed to you. just saying.

but yes, some girls do act dumb to fit in, and most of the time they are attractive, yes, but theyre not that intelligent to begin with anyway.

I actually agree with this right now. There’s this really hot guy that keeps trying to flirt with me, I’ve spelled it out for him that I’m not interested but he still seems a little dense. Nice person but just doesn’t seem to get it.

They do it all the time! It is really aggrivating and if it is someone I know, I tell them to stop acting like they don't know about whatever the topic is.

This is true I do like girls who are slightly less smarter than me, that way I get to teach them and I will be the man. Having that said if I was to marry a girl she has to be smart and attractive .
