How do I deal with this jealous girl in my class?

We've never even talked to each other but this nerdy girl in our class keeps staring at me when she thinks I'm not looking. She also keeps smirking and smiling at me when she thinks I'm not looking. It's so weird.

I'm quite popular in our class and all the teachers and guys give me a lot of attention while that girl doesn't have any friends at all. She's only friends with this one guy in our class who has a crush on me and even that guy too doesn't consider her a friend. He's bitched about her to me. He only talks to her because they travel via the same subway.

I think she likes him too because she acts very jealous and like a maniac whenever he sits with any other girl in our class and is jealous of all his female friends.

Honestly, she seems like a psycho. She also acts like a know-it-all and is very bitchy. She thinks everyone else is dumb and only she's smart. She laughs and smiles arrogantly whenever any girl asks a question which she thinks is too obvious and dumb as per her standards.

What should I do about all this? I'm getting very annoyed with this constant smiling and creepy smirks. My friend has noticed her strange behaviour too. I only see her once or twice a week and I have to attend classes with her for like a month now.

Well then ignore her.. she is just messing with you indirectly but doesn't want to argue with you it seems as she doesn't talk to you. It happens with me too but I'm too lazy to care for that..
