How true is the idea that teen and adult girls only have sleepovers to fool around every now and then?

I actually heard this from one of my coworkers who claimed that the main reason girls above the age of 12 have sleepovers is so they can "experiment". Is there any truth to this claim?

No. That is porn fantasies and stupid ideas some men have. In normal world we do not do stuff like that. Maybe a select few indiivduals but that is not the norm or normal.
