How do I prevent burping in front of my boyfriend?

Usually I just don’t eat around him. But we’re getting more serious so that’s not practical anymore. And I don’t mean out loud I always do it would my mouth closed ofc but you can still tell someone burped even if their mouths closed and the thought of that makes me uncomfortable

You don't worry about it.
He knows you burp just like he knows you take a shit in the morning and have a dirty asshole.
Just be demure about it when it happens and say "Excuse me."

Well you got two choices - burp or fart - because :

A burp is just a little air that starts below the heart,
but let it take the downward route it comes out as a fart.

So which one does he prefer from you? He can either smell onions and garlic or something worse.

I wouldn't worry about it. Might bother you more than him. When you are by yourself, do you just "let it fly?" lol, because if so, just be yourself. He'll probably find it funny.
