How to avoid always been seen as a player?

the thing is I usually go for a certain type of guy (not unrealistic standards) not super muscle or anything just an attractive smart, funny guy with a nice style. To build up my confidence I tend to just date anyone who I find attractive that gives me attention & treats me decently, i’ll Go on a few dates, tell those guys what I think they’d like to hear, kiss them... then when i tell them I don’t see it going anywhere I’m seen as this Player, Attention seeker or “crazy girl” / slut or they tell themselves I’m just playing hard to get... I don’t get it?

Instead only date a guy you see getting into a relationship with.

if you’re always going on dates with men that you know you’re not going to want to have a real lasting relationship with down the line, you’re always gonna be perceived as a player. quit using men and people will quit calling you that.
