My best friend’s birthday is coming up and i decided to draw her in a bunch of different poses with stuff, and things that she enjoys. I’m completely new to drawing anything female however, and I feel a little weird about it.
I made a lot of progress on backgrounds, and animals/creatures, and everything, but when i got to her I realized I had run into a bit of an issue. My friend happens to not be very “big up there”. I want to make this a good present, so I’m trying to be very cautious and not make her look like a guy. In a completely nonsexual way, should I try to slightly exaggerate her proportions enough to notice, which I would feel pretty weird about, or risk insulting her with a guy’s physique, which I would feel bad about since the point was to give her something nice.
I just want to be able to give her the best present I can and I don’t want this to be the part that brings down the whole project.
