Girls, who wear extremely revealing tight pants, what is the reason?

Just curious and i know everyone has different reasons. but for girls who wear very tight pants or leggings where it seems like you are basically wearing little more than spraypaint. What is the reason? Exhibitionism? Feeling sexy? No reason at all? I was in Target recently and a woman was in line and it looked like she was naked from behind except for the grey tone of her tights. Other people (not just guys) seemed kinda uncomfortable and making a point of trying not to look in that direction. Just curious as a guy, I could not imagine walking around like that and I imagine she must get lots of unwanted attention from creeps

I used to wear jeans all the time, but leggings are a godsend in terms of comfort, and they look good so why wear jeans to Wegmans or anywhere that doesn't require them when I don't have to.
