What people don't understand is that in the middle of a real fight, there is so much adrenaline flowing that if you kick someone in the balls, they probably won't feel pain for about 15 minutes, which is long enough to beat the living shit out of someone.

Was about to lol!
When i and a girl were fighting we were doing some hard moves. She kneed me really hard in the first move and it hurts like hell. So i just to myself that no im not felling pain. She did about 3 knees, 5 punches and a hard kick and i was defending myself. And i just defeated her with an uppercut. Today also i remember that pain. It was hillarious, those knees were having the power to break them and a kick was direct on my dick. I felt lot of pain but at last i won.
Yes, I have. When I was younger, I got into a fight with this girl over something small and I did not take the fight seriously, until she kicked me square in the nuts.
That was when I decided to take her down fast. Which did not happen, because I involuntarily found myself curled up on the ground gasping for air.
I've never been in a fight with a guy, not a serious one, only playful wrestles, the kind where I'm not in any danger and it would be pretty mean of me to aim there.
I had a couple of girls try to kick me in the balls when I was younger but I sure as hell didn't lose those fights. One of them ran off when I started punching her. The other one ended up with a bloody lip. I always felt bad about that one.

Judging from the unique feeling it induces - it's entirely possible to lose a fight, especially if you're not expecting it.
