Do girls who send mixed signals actually want you?

There are 3 interest levels:
1) low interest women will be very dry to you
2) women with mixed signals are waiting to see if you are the right one or just want to toy with you.
3) high interest women will make it very clear that they want something with you

So my question is, should women who send mixed signals just be forgotten about?

I know a girl who gave me mixed signals, she cooked me things, we called a lot and she laughed a lot too. She wanted to go on dates only if the weather and stuff were right (red flag 1). She told me that she wanted a valentine present and even tried to make me jealous by saying that she had a date that day which was false (red flag 2)

If a girlngives me mixed signals I ignore them, if they are mixed then she's either A) not interested enough, B) undecided/ changing her mind or C) a tease.

I'm more direct and i want someone who is also more direct. So if they can't send out a clear signal regardless of their level of tact then I don't respond.

Girls will shit test you and see how you react to it. But in my opinion, if a girl gives me mixed signals. I simply don't contact her no more. Don't waste your time king.

I know I'm like young but trust me when I say this. Girls only send mixed signal when they are confused themselves. I think it is better to not get too connected with her because this kind of relationship definitely has a heartbreak in it.

Yeah I think they can. Sometimes it can be insecurity stopping them going further even though they want to.

How old is she? It's not uncommon for girls and guys between 18-24 to not know exactly what they want, I've experienced this before. However, if she feels this way I would just move on.
