Why is she doing this?

My mom has been pulling the tops off all my prefumes so I can't use them after my guy friend said he likes the smell of the flower scent I use. She's been putting cleaning products in my body wash and something in my hair products that burns my skin and leaves cuts on my hands. I woke up this morning with a piece of my hair cut off and two weeks ago she cut my hair three inches in my sleep. There was a bra my ex bought me and she said I can't have it because its padded. My co worker said it's like in sno white where the woman wants to kill the girl because of her beauty. I've been told she's jealous and competitive over looks but I've never heard of a competitive woman taking it this far. She also keeps telling me to get rid of a lot of my clothes that I worked hard to earn. At this point I'm scared of her cutting my hair again. Also her hair grows much slower than mine and she hasn't cut in about two years and its only about three inches longer than mine even after she cut my hair twice in the past month while I was sleeping. My friends always joke she was going to try to get rid of my hair but I thought it was just a joke and she wouldn't actually do it. She also puts something in my eyemakeup remover that makes my eyes burn badly, which never happens until she tampers with it. What is the best way to deal with this?
